Graduate of the Culinary School of Switzerland, Chef Robert Sigrist operated restaurants in Toronto and London before the family move to beautiful North Kawartha.  Chef Robert is pleased to mentor  Dylan, to pass on his knowledge and experience; to prepare him for a fulfilling career serving others appetizing and tasty culinary delights and the know-how  to operate a successful business dedicated to serving quality food and hospitable service.

Chef Apprentice

Dylan learns the art of cooking under the mentorship of his father, Chef Robert.                From food production to finishing meals on order, invaluable experience is gained preparing meals from scratch.  While our house specialty is schnitzel, Robert and Dylan work on a variety of dishes to allow for a broader range of preparation and menu options to build Dylan's repertoire over time.
